Under California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Virginia (VCDPA), and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of certain uses of your personal information. Use the controls below to manage your preferences.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties. We use Google Analytics, which may constitute 'sharing' under California law. Enabling this opt-out disables Google Analytics tracking on this site for your browser.

Allowed

Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

Under CPRA (California) and CPA (Colorado), you have the right to opt out of the use of your personal information for targeted advertising — ads based on your behavior across websites. This opt-out also disables Google Analytics, which can be used by Google to serve interest-based ads.

Allowed

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

Under CPRA, if you provide sensitive personal information (such as financial account details, Social Security number, or precise location), you have the right to direct us to limit its use to what is necessary to provide the services you request. We do not use sensitive personal information for any secondary purpose; this preference is recorded for your records.

Disable Google Analytics Tracking

Private Wealth Collective uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This data is processed by Google. Enabling this preference sets a browser flag that prevents GA4 from collecting data about your visits.

What We Collect & Share

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from website visitors: identifiers (email addresses submitted via forms), internet/network activity (pages visited, session duration via Google Analytics), and general location data (city/region level, via Google Analytics). We have not sold personal information in the traditional sense. However, Google Analytics 4 transmits behavioral data to Google, which California law may characterize as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website (financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, etc.). Sensitive information collected in the course of providing advisory services is governed by our Form ADV and investment advisory agreements.
